Job summary

Boomering in Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify sponsorship opportunities and nurture prospects, driving early-stage pipeline growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Programming to refine messaging and campaigns, maintain CRM data, and report on sponsorship performance and market trends.

Hybrid setup with onsite Clark Office on Mon & Wed; schedule 11:00 AM–8:00 PM PHT; salary TBD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–3 years in sales, business development, or events sales with proven targets.
• Exceptional communication, resilience, and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Outreach.io, SugarCRM).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office Suite; strong data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, lead generation and pipeline development to meet targets.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and optimize prospecting processes.
• Refine and optimize CRM processes to maximize team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to refine tactics and campaigns.
• Develop sales collateral, pricing models, and streamline contract processes.
• Track metrics and provide data-driven reports on sponsorship performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Leverage data analytics to improve targeting and pipeline performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
