Boomering inc is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify sponsorship opportunities, nurture prospects, and grow the early-stage pipeline. You will partner with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to refine outreach, create collateral, and streamline reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, 0–3 years in sales, and strong communication skills. Hybrid setup with onsite reporting at Clark Office; schedule 11:00 AM–8:00 PM PHT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of sales, business development, or events sales experience with targets.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems (HubSpot/Outreach.io/SugarCRM).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MS Office; data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads, and build a healthy pipeline to meet targets.
• Identify and qualify potential sponsorship opportunities and report metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing on messaging and campaigns.
• Develop sales collateral, maintain pricing models, and support contracts.
• Track pipeline metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
