Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of sales, business development, or events sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Outreach.io, or Sugar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads, and develop the sales pipeline by reaching out to decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build relationships with prospective clients by understanding needs and positioning solutions; prioritize leads by target industries and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and refine prospecting processes to boost pipeline effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Programming to refine messaging, collateral, and outreach campaigns; support contract processes.
• Track metrics like conversion rates and pipeline growth and provide data-driven insights to leadership on sponsorship performance and market trends.
