Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist/Lead Generation & Client Support Assistant in Cebu City, Philippines. You will split time between building a new insurance agency pipeline and supporting an existing book with appointments and email marketing.

Expect onsite work in Cebu City for two months, then a hybrid setup with onsite days twice a month. You’ll use LinkedIn, email/video outreach, and content updates; training on client tools included.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in outbound calling and appointment setting.
Strong English speaking and writing; confident on the phone.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and basic CMS (WordPress or similar).
Experience with digital marketing: email campaigns, social content, landing pages.
LinkedIn prospecting and outreach experience.
Proficient in Microsoft 365; Excel trackers and formulas.
Excellent organization; able to manage two workflows and switch systems.
Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead development: build and maintain target lists; convert niches to qualified conversations and booked appointments.
SEO & marketing: update pages, apply on-page SEO, and maintain niche landing pages and content.
Broker support: manage calendar, schedule emails, and track campaigns for an established book.
CRM & data: keep logs, lists, and pipeline trackers accurate across systems.
Reporting: provide weekly activity updates and maintain data separation per client rules.
