Job summary

East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking a Sourcing and Employer Branding Specialist on a fixed-term basis in BGC, Taguig and Mandaluyong. You will help build a continuous candidate pipeline and execute sourcing and employer branding strategies.

You will gain hands-on experience in talent engagement, recruitment marketing, and collaboration with the Sourcing Team to meet hiring needs while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; experience in sourcing for volume and niche roles preferred.
• Knowledge of passive sourcing, talent mapping, and employer branding strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of a talent pipeline using various sourcing methods and campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives to promote the EastWest employer brand.
• Manage assessment of high-volume applications across divisions.
• Ensure compliance with audit and vendor governance when coordinating with external partners.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Team to provide quality talent for hiring needs.
• Monitor weekly productivity reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and internal bank policies.
