Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates from junior to executive levels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen, assess, and interview applicants to meet role requirements and qualifications.
