Job summary

East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) in Taguig is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to join the People & Corporate Services team in a hybrid role. You will report to the Head of People Business Partner and work with business leaders to drive HR strategies that support growth, talent acquisition, development, and retention aligned with bank goals.

You will provide integrated HR advisory, collaborate with HR COEs on talent processes and governance, and lead performance and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with the bank's overall objectives.
• Drive HR programs for talent attraction, learning, development and retention; work with HR COEs on talent processes and governance.
• Collaborate with HR COEs on analysis of employee pulse surveys and implement action plans by business units.
• Partner with HR COE on HR technology automation and analytics to streamline processes.
• Conduct exit interviews of leavers at peer and managerial levels.
• Lead annual and periodic performance and career discussions; manage complex employee relations issues in collaboration with HR COE.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Advise on policy compliance and regulatory requirements; collaborate with Total Rewards COE on compensation and benefits programs.
