East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join the Strategic Finance Group in BGC, Taguig. Hybrid work arrangement will be provided.

You will evaluate investments, lead M&A opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management and the Board. The role requires 5–10 years in strategy or banking, expertise in financial modeling and valuation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
• 5–10 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or strategic planning in banking/financial services.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development.
• Strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive strategic analyses to answer key business questions with data-driven recommendations.
• Produce sectoral deep-dive reports covering industry structure, credit cycle, and regulatory impacts.
• Lead financial valuation, due diligence, and business case development for M&A or major capital projects.
• Oversee strategic initiatives as PMO lead, tracking milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating corporate investments and M&A opportunities, leading strategic initiatives and sector deep-dive studies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management and the Board.
