Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing across junior to executive levels.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen, assess, and interview applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment strategies.
