Job summary

Insight in Pasig City is seeking a Software Licensing Admin to prepare client facing quotes for net new opportunities, renewals, and modifications using Cisco and Insight tools.

You will collaborate with Client Executives, respond to inquiries, book orders, and update trackers while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced hybrid environment. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create client facing quotes for net new opportunities, renewals, and modifications.
• Coordinate with Client Executives for clarifications on quotes.
• Send quotes to Client Executives, book orders, and open tickets as needed.
• Update internal trackers and renewals using Cisco tools.
• Log orders and create renewal quotes.
