Job summary

Insight in Pasig City is seeking a Software Licensing Admin to prepare client facing quotes for net new opportunities, renewals, and modifications using Cisco and Insight tools.

You will collaborate with Client Executives, respond to inquiries, book orders, and update trackers while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced hybrid environment. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Responsibilities

About the role:

The Software Licensing Admin would be responsible for creating client facing quotes (i.e., Net new, renewals, and modification on existing subscriptions) using Cisco and Insight tools, works together with Client Executives for any clarifications on quote requests, sending of quotes to Client Executives, responding to queries, booking orders, opening tickets as necessary using Cisco tools and updating internal trackers on completed requests.

What you will do at Insight:

TheSoftware Licensing Adminwouldbe responsible for:

Creating client facing quotesfor net new opportunities andto modifyexisting subscriptions.

Responding to questions relatedtothe completed request, or existing subscriptions.

Workingtogether withClient Executivesin accomplishingthe request.

Communicatingwith Cisco AM and other internaldepartmentsfor any basic queriesrelating to the request as needed.

Logging completed ordersand creating workflows.

Sending out renewal notices and creating renewal quotes.

Other duties as assigned.

What you will need to join Insight

Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College orUniversity

At least1year of experience inrelevant work experience

Abilityto thrive in a fast-pacedenvironmentwitha high levelof accuracyand attention to detail

Strong written and verbalEnglishcommunications skills

Abilityto successfully manage multiple prioritiesresponsibilitiesin a timely manner

Ability to work as part of a team and within asharedinbox in an organized and efficient manner

Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Strong commitment to company values and operating principles

Strong working knowledge of business math for pricing and reporting

Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoftapplications: Excel, Outlook, Teams

Preferred

Knowledge of Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), specifically Cisco SaaS/Subscriptions portal and related processes is a plus but not required
