Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking an experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for the business. You will prepare collateral for NAM/PLP support, drive call-out lists, and distribute sales leads while maintaining proactive communication with customers and partners.

The role involves making calls to renew opportunities, assisting funnel management, and supporting Inside Sales to boost pipeline movement and timely bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup during US business hours in Rosario, Cavite.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio and strong customer relations in Manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent English communication & interaction skills.
• Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts is a differentiator.
• Be digital savvy and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare collateral for NAM/PLP support and drive daily call-out lists.
• Distribute sales leads and send email notifications to internal/external customers.
• Make an average of 50 calls per month to renew opportunities and improve revenue.
• Assist on funnel management for NAM Teams and keep it accurate with follow-ups.
• Support revenue-generating teams by handling high-priority tasks affecting pipeline and bookings.
• Execute sales-related activities with accuracy, speed, and adherence to workflows and SLAs.
• Learn and transition across sales tools and processes to close capacity gaps.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to understand deal requirements and expectations.
