Job summary

True North Insights is seeking an Associate on our Client Services team to own end-to-end expert engagement and coordinate insights delivery for our clients. This role requires strong language skills in Mandarin and English, a client-facing mindset, and the ability to manage urgent, high-impact projects across time zones.

You will source and vet experts, manage communications, and ensure timely delivery of insights that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 6 months of relevant professional experience (client-facing role is a plus).
• Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; ability to conduct professional calls and write concise emails to senior executives.
• Strong fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling.
• Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones.
• Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams; understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise.
• Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through.
