Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Rebate Specialist for a global manufacturing client in Makati. The role sits in the shared services finance team and focuses on rebates, credits, and pricing processes.

You will manage customer rebates, validate pricing data, and produce regular reports to support business decisions. The position offers a hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH) with a fixed night shift aligned to US business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in rebates, credit, pricing, and related operations
• Proficient with Excel macros and lookup formulas (VLOOKUP)
• Experience with SAP and Vendavo is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process customer rebates and deviation pricing contracts
• Validate rebate credits and pricing information
• Monitor and audit open chargebacks and credits
• Investigate rebate discrepancies and negative rebates
• Prepare weekly and monthly pricing reports
• Handle rebate and pricing inquiries from Sales and other stakeholders
• Support process improvements and ad hoc reporting
