Qualifications

• 1+ years of rebates, pricing, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly customer rebates and deviation pricing contracts.
• Enter and verify rebate credits, including pricing checks.
• Maintain and audit open chargebacks and credits in the pricing/ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve rebate discrepancies, including negative rebates.
• Generate and distribute monthly/weekly pricing reports to distributors.
• Respond to rebate- and pricing-related inquiries from sales teams (primarily via email, with occasional calls).
• Support process improvement initiatives for the rebate function.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
