Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Taguig is seeking an experienced Senior Finance/Accounting Manager to lead a data-centric team onsite. You will oversee master data accuracy, pricing operations, contract terms, and rebate processes to ensure alignment with agreements and rebates.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal and Operations to deliver decision support, improve processes, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has CPA credentials, 8+ years in Accounting/Finance, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proven expertise in master data management, pricing operations, contract terms, and rebate/revenue processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, guide team decisions, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to provide decision support, financial insights, and process improvements.
