Job summary

Peoplegig in Makati is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage supplier invoices, customer billing, payments, and reconciliations as part of a growing offshore finance team working with an onshore counterpart.

The role offers a hybrid work setup with 2–3 days per week onsite in Makati. Day-one HMO coverage and opportunities to improve finance processes across the business are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of common accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with offshore/onshore stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices with supporting documentation.
• Match invoices to POs and delivery records; prepare supplier payments.
• Issue customer invoices and monitor aging; allocate payments and reconcile accounts.
• Conduct month-end close activities and assist with financial reporting.
• Collaborate with onshore team to ensure consistent processes and timely issue resolution.
