Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead technical project scoping and coordination. You will gather requirements, document User Stories, define acceptance criteria, and cascade work to cross-functional teams while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Scrum Master for on-time delivery, guiding content data collection and UI/UX approvals, and updating the knowledge base. A hybrid work setup in Quezon City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management, or related fields.
• 5+ years experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
• History of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Willing to report on a Hybrid setup (1–2 days/week) in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Document User Requirements as User Stories and define User Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritize tasks and tickets with stakeholders.
• Cascade requirements to internal teams for production.
• Lead project kickoff and allocate resources.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Scrum Master for timely delivery.
• Coordinate client content/data collection and design approvals.
• Update Knowledge Base with project updates.
