Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is hiring a Senior Product Owner for Digital Channels in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. You will bridge platform strategy and squad execution, translating plans into actionable roadmaps and accountable journey outcomes.

You will lead a team of Product Owners, drive customer-centric delivery, and partner with Design, Operations, and Technology to scale compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in product ownership, digital product management, customer experience, digital channels, agile delivery, transformation, or platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform strategy into prioritized epics, outcomes, and roadmaps.
• Ensure journeys reflect product value proposition and brand narrative.
• Maintain line of sight between backlog items and platform OKRs.
• Translate platform plans into journey-level priorities for Product Owners and squads.
• Guide Product Owners on prioritization, backlog quality, and alignment to platform direction.
• Own journey-level KPI performance (adoption, containment, resolution, NPS, complaints).
• Collaborate with Journey Architects for end-to-end coherence.
• Identify cross-platform experience gaps and surface to leadership.
• Ensure squad outputs support the overall journey experience.
• Provide direction when squad decisions affect coherence or experience.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, and Technology for scalable solutions.
• Be the primary customer-experience counterpart to Product Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate across squads for delivery plans, risks, and release sequencing.
• Ensure governance materials and release readiness are prepared.
• Directly manage and develop a team of Product Owners, including 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Coach on backlog quality, discovery-to-delivery practices, stakeholder management.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Build capability in analytics, experimentation, and evidence-based prioritization.
