Job summary

You will lead kickoffs, manage resources, and ensure clear updates while aligning with UI/UX and content needs.

Strong documentation and leadership are essential. Typically requires a IT/CS-related degree and 5+ years in business analysis or product ownership, with experience in SCRUM/Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in business/system analysis, product owner, or related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and presentations.
• Proven track record of following through on commitments.

• Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
• History of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required, but can work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Documents User Requirements as User Stories and defines Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritizes tasks with stakeholders and cascades requirements to internal teams.
• Leads project kickoff and allocates resources accordingly.
• Provides clear, regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates with Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinates with client for content/data collection and UI/UX approvals.
• Updates Knowledge Base System with project changes.
