Job summary

SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency in Quezon City is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to coordinate planning, delivery, and client satisfaction across cross-functional teams. You will structure timelines, budgets, and processes, while collaborating with account, servicing, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll lead project execution, identify risks, and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify the plan for the project with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance to determine task breakdown, allocations, timelines and billable tasks.
• Implement and monitor execution of the project plan to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Identify risks and issues to mitigate them in a timely manner.
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Assist in managing workload, client relationships, and reporting project status to management and stakeholders.
