Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines is seeking a Procurement PO Creation specialist to accurately create and manage purchase orders for various projects, ensuring compliance with process controls and timely delivery. You will coordinate with requestors and approvers, maintain PO changes, validate receipts, and support accounts payable invoice exception workflows.

Fresh graduates welcome; requires university degree in business or supply chain, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for PO creation ensuring information is complete and authorized by proper Approvers
• Ensure accurate creation of POs with complete vendor information, items, services, and quantities
• Coordinate between PO requestor and approver(s) for status updates
• Maintain changes to open purchase orders in the system
• Receive goods/services in the system upon arrival/completion
• Complete invoice exception workflow to trigger payment
• Close POs through regular coordination with stakeholders
• Track and report the progress of all requests and open POs
• Submit requests to set up new vendors when necessary
• Publish monthly performance metrics with analysis
• Identify and implement continuous Improvements in the PO creation process
