Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Operations Associate to join our procurement vertical in the Philippines. You will support procurement processes, from requisitions to invoices, and work with suppliers to secure goods and services at optimal pricing.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a general graduate degree. You will work within a team handling spot-buy sourcing, vendor management, and SLA/KPI reporting in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement processes including requisitions, approvals, PO creation, and vendor negotiations.
• Ability to manage end-to-end PO lifecycle and supplier communications.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP) and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO lifecycle from requisition to payment and contract terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support SOX and internal audits.
