The candidate will manage 12-week and 3-month lookaheads, ensure data accuracy in HRIS, and collaborate with Recruitment, Onboarding & Compliance, Training and Asset

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Resource Management (People & Assets).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerBI and rostering software.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, roster, allocate, mobilise, engage and demobilise operational resources.
• Maintain 12-week lookahead forecasts for labour, plant, and equipment.
• Act as a conduit between employees and Operations for work assignments and logistics.
• Deliver high standards of work aligned to Company Values.
