Job summary

The role emphasizes coordination across interview scheduling, worker assignment management, time and expense tracking, and reporting. A Bachelor’s Degree and 0–2 years MSP experience are preferred, with strong communication and documentation skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office/Tools — advanced skills.
• Amenable to rotating shift schedule and hybrid work setup (Ortigas Pasig area).

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments reflecting changes.
• Provide ongoing communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and other partners via meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs (end dates, invoicing, time/expense management, vendor compliance).
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly.
