Job summary

William Hill PLC is seeking an HR Services Lead in Manila to own end-to-end payroll, benefits, HRIS governance, and employee services. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, manage complex cases, and coach the HR Services Analyst within a hybrid workplace.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll regulations, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, payroll, benefits, or People Operations.
• Experience handling complex employee cases, escalations, and compliance matters.
• Experience leading projects and process improvements with strong stakeholder mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead benefits administration, enrollments, claims, and inquiries.
• Act as functional lead for HRIS governance and data management.
• Oversee onboarding, transitions, leaves, and offboarding processes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the HR Services Analyst and drive process improvements.
