Job summary

Michael Page in Manila is seeking a Payroll & HR Operations Lead to manage end-to-end payroll with reconciliation, deductions, and compliance with Philippine labor and tax regulations. You will oversee benefits administration and liaise with external providers while guiding the HR Services team.

You will also support onboarding, data integrity in the HRIS, and drive process improvements with a focus on accurate reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Background in compensation and benefits administration and payments.
• Experience in HR operations and employee data accuracy.
• Proven track record leading or supervising a team and managing escalations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: manage end-to-end payroll activities, validation, reconciliation, adjustments, deductions and compliance.
• Compensation & Benefits: oversee benefits enrollments, claims, statutory remittances and external provider coordination.
• HR Operations & Employee Services: support onboarding, moves, leave, offboarding, inquiries and escalations.
• HRIS & Data Management: maintain records, ensure data integrity and support HR technology initiatives.
• Team Leadership: coach HR Services team for accuracy and consistent service delivery.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: review processes, strengthen controls and SOPs.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: prepare HR reports and collaborate with Finance and vendors.
