Emapta Philippines is hiring a Customer Payment Consultant to deliver practical payment solutions across Australian property finance while supporting compliant collections and sustainable outcomes. This role offers a hybrid setup with onsite day 1 at Ortigas and long-term growth within a global team.

You will handle high-volume inquiries, negotiate payment plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in customer support, collections, or payment services.
• People-first approach with exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Experience in high-volume queues with inbound/outbound emails and calls.
• Awareness of collections processes and debt recovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with resolution and negotiation of payment deadlines and plans in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Manage high-volume outbound collection calls and inbound customer calls proactively.
• Monitor queues and interpret reports to manage daily workloads effectively.
• Assess customer files and administer appropriate collection solutions.
• Analyze reports to maintain effective collection activity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in accordance with industry compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify issues and escalated concerns through appropriate channels.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Apply strong organizational and time management skills to daily collection activities.
