Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in customer service or support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage subscriptions, account setup, billing activities, and related inquiries
• Monitor records and transactions to maintain billing accuracy
• Improve and maintain administrative workflows, procedures, and documentation
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate follow-up through resolution
• Respond to support tickets and resolve routine service concerns
