Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative for LexisNexis Coplogic in a hybrid setup. You will manage direct contact with US law enforcement clients, drive lead generation, demonstrations, and close deals while maintaining client relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales Support and Implementation teams, hit revenue targets, and perform CRM updates. Night shift availability is required; compensation includes merit-based growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years of college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
• At least 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound calls.
• Conversion of leads and familiarity with revenue targets.
• Proficient in prospecting or lead acquisition and cold calling.
• Experience with B2B sales and consultative selling.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and night shift suitability.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound sales contact and schedule qualified demonstrations.
• Develop pipeline and convert opportunities into deals.
• Perform lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and client profiles.
• Coordinate with sales support and implementation teams through sales stages.
