Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to manage direct contact with US law enforcement agencies and promote the LexisNexis Coplogic Suite. You will lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account development.

The role requires 2+ years in inbound/outbound sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. Night shift is expected, with a competitive compensation package and opportunities for learning and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college completed.
• 2+ years of inbound/outbound call experience.
• Experience converting leads into opportunities.
• Familiar with achieving revenue targets.
• Proficient in lead prospecting and lead acquisition.
• Experience with cold calls and video demos.
• Account retention and client relationship management.
• B2B sales experience in acquiring new business.
• Consultative selling experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools.
• Willing to work night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate outbound sales contact to schedule demonstrations, build pipeline, and convert opportunities.
• Prospect new business from assigned lists through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Identify qualified prospects and locate decision makers on police agency websites.
• Maintain records in Salesforce or required systems and manage client data.
• Learn and apply LexisNexis value proposition and processes.
• Complete training and development program.
• Report to REPH Team Supervisor with Operations Manager guidance.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Partners and Sales Support for end-to-end sales and implementation.
• Possibly meet a sales quota with bonus or incentive opportunities.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
