Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks an Operations Manager to lead construction support teams, align strategic goals with performance metrics, and drive scalable processes. You will mentor managers, optimize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver elite service while maintaining a strong focus on employee development and cost control.

The role begins onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid, with facilities benefits, mentorship, and growth opportunities across global client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in leadership or operations management in engineering, architecture or construction, or 8+ years in BPO ops management.
• Experience leading multifunctional, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to manage operational metrics, service levels, productivity and quality.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to achieve productivity, quality, service, and business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to support continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Use data analytics to inform decisions and drive operational effectiveness.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered within approved budgets.
• Lead multifunctional teams including remote and distributed staff.
