Emapta is seeking a Remote Construction Project Manager - Project Controls & Operations in Makati. The role connects field progress with project controls, demanding rigorous analysis, client reporting, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience with accountability for oversight and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities.
• Strong understanding of schedules, sequencing, procurement, and field operations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schedules, scopes of work, and docs.
• Proven track record in analyzing field progress and resolving issues.
• Experience preparing client reports and leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• Review projects for current status, upcoming work, risks, and decisions.
• Analyze schedules, photos, notes, and trackers to compare planned vs actual progress.
• Identify information gaps, delays, and unresolved issues and clarify actions.
• Escalate significant risks with supporting facts and recommendations.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and coordinate with field and office teams.
