Emapta Philippines seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead business operations for a US healthcare provider. You will guide process improvements, drive system implementations, and coordinate cross-functional teams from a remote setup.

You will manage night shifts aligned to US Pacific Time, foster collaboration with leadership, and deliver scalable workflows, SOPs, and KPIs while growing your career with Emapta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management or cross-functional leadership.
• Proven experience leading projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Strong meeting facilitation, organization, accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings to set priorities and track follow-ups.
• Co-lead operational initiatives with HR and department heads.
• Oversee cross-functional operations across Recruitment, Credentialing, Scheduling and admin.
• Manage projects from planning to completion and track progress.
• Monitor workflows, deadlines and service requirements; address risks.
