Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore services provider, is hiring a Business Operations Coordinator (Intermediate) for its Eastwood, Quezon City office in a hybrid mid-shift role. You will support Leaflike’s Projects, Maintenance and Procurement teams by organizing handovers, schedules, RAMS, and trackers to keep operations running smoothly.

You will not make final operational decisions but will prepare, chase, document and escalate information clearly so managers can act quickly, maintain records,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations coordination, project administration or business administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience using CRM/ERP/project management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities remotely and follow SOPs with clear escalation.

Responsibilities

• Check sales handover information, proposals and documents are complete and linked.
• Set up SharePoint folders, update Pipedrive with dates and actions, and produce project summaries.
• Flag missing or inconsistent information before delivery.
• Prepare installation packs, RAMS and specs from proposals.
• Maintain procurement trackers, chase confirmations and update cost trackers.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers and escalate blockers.
• Support weekly maintenance scheduling and admin reports in Simpro/CRM.
• Create KPI packs and ensure consistent file naming and document control.
