Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative or onboarding experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based teams or clients.
• High attention to detail; able to manage, verify, and archive client-related forms accurately.
• Experience coordinating with client employees is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding steps for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate onboarding instructions, timelines, and follow-ups to candidates.
• Ensure all onboarding documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Liaise with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless first-day experience.
• Update onboarding trackers and elevate delays or issues as needed.
