Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work on a night shift.
• Must be comfortable handling healthcare-related customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for a healthcare account.
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account concerns.
• Provide accurate and professional information.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
