Qualifications

• At least 3 years in commercial property management.
• Hands-on with Yardi Voyager and lease admin.
• Knowledge of NN/N, CAM, and expense recoveries.
• Understanding financial statements.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Abstract leases, amendments, and renewals in Yardi Voyager.
• Maintain tenant records, rent schedules, deadlines, and options.
• Post monthly tenant charges and manage aging and collections.
• Prepare owner reports, financial statements, and variance explanations.
• Assist with CAM, property tax, and insurance reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and service contracts.
• Support month/quarter close and reporting processes.
