Job summary

Agile Tech Ops Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a U.S.-based commercial real estate team in Arizona.

The role involves overseeing daily property operations, maintaining lease records, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and assisting with reporting and admin tasks. Ideal candidates have hands-on Yardi Voyager experience, commercial property management know-how, lease administration, and property accounting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management (preferably US-based properties).
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, lease administration, tenant billing, and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Abstract leases, amendments, and renewals in Yardi Voyager.
• Maintain tenant records, rent schedules, deadlines, renewal options, and certificates.
• Notify managers of upcoming deadlines and maintain accurate reports.
• Prepare and post tenant charges in Yardi; monitor aging and collections.
• Assist with CAM, property tax, and insurance reconciliations and budgets.
• Prepare owner reports and financial statements; manage work orders and vendor coordination.
