Agile Tech Ops Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support a U.S.-based commercial property management team in Arizona from a hybrid setup in the Philippines.

The role involves lease administration, tenant billing, and maintaining accurate financial records in Yardi Voyager. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial property management, strong Excel/Office skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Real Estate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management, preferably US-based properties.
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi Voyager, lease administration, tenant billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Working knowledge of commercial leases (NNN and gross), CAM charges and expense recoveries.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for interaction with US tenants, vendors and owners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease Administration and Yardi Management: abstract leases, amendments, renewals and encode in Yardi Voyager; maintain tenant records and rent calendars; monitor expirations and deadlines.
• Accounts Receivable and Tenant Billing: post monthly tenant charges; monitor aging and prepare notices; assist CAM, property tax and insurance reconciliations and budgets.
• Accounts Payable and Vendor Coordination: code vendor invoices in Yardi; track insurance certificates and service contracts; coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Reporting and Administrative Support: assist in monthly/quarterly owner reports and financial statements; manage tenant service requests and estoppel certificates; maintain digital property files.
