Job summary

First Focus is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator in the Philippines to join a US-based MSP. You will ensure onsite visits are organized, communicated and executed seamlessly, coordinating technician schedules and client updates.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work from Ortigas or Alabang and collaborate with a US operations team. You’ll own scheduling improvements and drive great client experiences with proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field technicians within an MSP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise technician schedules for onsite client visits.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding upcoming appointments and schedule changes.
• Ensure technicians have everything they need before arriving onsite, including hardware and access information.
• Monitor service boards for scheduling gaps and workflow issues.
• Review MSP automation and service board alerts to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Manage emails, planner tasks and operational follow-ups.
• Send next-day visit confirmations and daily client updates.
• Conduct service board audits to maintain accuracy and process compliance.
• Partner with service leadership to improve scheduling workflows and efficiency.
• Analyse recurring scheduling trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
