First Focus in the Philippines is seeking a Leadership Coordinator to support one of our US MSP clients. You’ll work closely with their leadership team to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes and build an international career within First Focus.

You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, maintain records, and ensure requests are completed on time. This role offers hybrid work, competitive pay up to ₱70,000 monthly, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive support or coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong calendar and travel coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage busy leadership calendars, appointments and schedules across multiple priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, ensuring everyone has what they need before, during and after.
• Process, monitor and follow up requests to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries.
• Help coordinate day-to-day operational activities for the leadership team.
• Maintain organised documentation, records and reporting.
• Support quality control activities and administrative processes.
• Communicate confidently with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Keep things running smoothly so the leadership team can focus on leading the business.
