Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking a data management specialist to support day-to-day account creation, updates, and data cleansing while ensuring global data integrity.

You will work with a multinational team, perform compliance checks, and assist in process improvements. A fresh graduate with a related degree and MS Office skills is welcome to apply; hybrid setup and HMO on hire are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate with bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 0-2 years work-related experience; fresh graduates who are eager to learn are welcome.
• Experience in data management is a plus but not required.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office allocations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience handling or participating in process improvement initiatives through internship.
• Self-starter with potential to deliver results.
• Good communication and organizational skills, able to work with multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day data management activities such as account creations and updates according to process standards.
• Carry out data cleansing initiatives and harmonization with required approvals.
• Ensure compliance with continental policies to maintain data integrity.
• Perform quality checks and escalate issues to the team lead as needed.
• Support data preparation and validation for mass updates.
• Assist team members and handle escalations or issues.
• Support internal compliance activities and external audits as needed.
• Participate in annual skills development and cross-training for business continuity.
