Henkel Philippines invites a Customer Master Data Specialist to join our dynamic Shared Services team in Makati. You will ensure data integrity for customer master data in SAP, handle requests from business partners, and support pricing data management while contributing to ISO and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a degree, MS Office proficiency, SAP awareness, and a willingness to work a mid-shift schedule in a hybrid Ayala Avenue setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably business-related.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Skills in VBA, Macro and Power BI are highly preferred; Lean Six Sigma (Continuous Improvement) an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; must be a fast learner and have great attention to details.
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer master data meets quality standards set by Global/Regional Process owners.
• Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP.
• Handle pricing master data requests in SAP, directly or by mass upload.
• Submit SAP downloads for price and customer master information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Update monitoring files such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool, attendance tracker, and regular documentation update.
• Perform process improvement, awareness, adherence, and compliance to ISO, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
