Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. is looking for a Data Management Associate to support day-to-day data operations, cleansing, and harmonization with a focus on global data integrity. You will work with a multinational team and contribute to process improvements in a hybrid work setting.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a four-year degree and offers exposure to SAP and other ERP tools, along with strong MS Office skills and effective communication capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holders in Finance, Engineering, IT or related fields.
• 0-2 years of related experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills; able to work in a multinational setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day data management tasks such as account creations, modifications, blocking, deletions, and reactivations per data management procedures.
• Execute data cleansing and harmonization requests with proper documentation and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with policies to maintain global data integrity and accuracy.
• Support data preparation, simple loaders, and mass updates.
• Escalate issues promptly; back up team members as needed.
• Assist Team Lead in internal compliance activities and audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization.
