Job summary

Mondiale VGL is seeking a Process Management Specialist to support shipment data handling and documentation in a hybrid setup. You will input shipment details, maintain records, and coordinate with global teams to ensure accurate registration and timely processing.

Proficiency with CargoWise is required, along with strong organization and communication skills to manage multiple shipments and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO setting, preferably logistics or freight forwarding.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Experience with CargoWise is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input shipment details accurately, including consignee and transport data.
• Review shipping documents for completeness before registration.
• Maintain and update shipment records in CargoWise.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, carriers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and registration issues.
• Ensure import files meet SLAs and monitor workflow queues.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management.
