Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Logistics Specialist – Global Freight to ensure accurate and efficient logistics operations. The role supports global freight documentation, coordination, and service delivery to ensure smooth cargo movement and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and at least 2 years of experience in global freight logistics, with strong English communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure and monitor customers’ requirements are properly documented and recorded in LP and Account Matrix Profile.
Ensure vendor documents are delivered to customers in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
Liaise with customers and vendors to address inaccurate or incomplete documentation that could impact cargo delivery.
Execute and adhere to customers’ service and documentation instructions as outlined in LPs.
Handle problem resolution by addressing issues promptly and escalating when needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure service consistency and retention.
Identify service gaps, recommend improvements, and implement process enhancements.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely customer reports and related documentation.
