Job summary

Mondiale VGL Pty is seeking a Process Management Specialist to support Freight, Logistics, and Accounts Payables in a hybrid Manila-based role. You will process shipments, invoices and related docs using CargoWise, while ensuring compliance and timely follow-up of outstanding items.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in Shared Services or BPO in logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and strong attention to detail. The role includes admin support, reporting, and problem-solving within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably supporting logistics or freight forwarding operations.
• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and review shipment, accounting, and related operational documents accurately and in a timely manner using CargoWise.
• Assist with invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.
• Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries.
• Follow proper steps as per the given standard operating procedure
