Job summary

Clio is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs, onboard customers, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to drive adoption. You will tailor content for the Mexican legal market and corporate customers, delivering virtual and in-person sessions.

Based in Mexico, you will work in a hybrid environment and help expand training across LATAM, Academic, and Government customers, with a focus on excellent customer experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement, or Corporate Training, preferably in SaaS or LegalTech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and advanced training sessions for customers in virtual and in-person formats.
• Customize training content to meet the needs of the Mexican legal market and corporate customers.
• Create learning materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other educational resources.
• Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, and Sales teams to improve customer adoption and engagement.
• Monitor training effectiveness and customer adoption using HubSpot and other internal tools.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve training programs and product adoption.
• Support product launches by delivering webinars and enablement sessions.
• Help ensure a smooth transition from implementation through long-term customer success.
• As the business grows, expand training support to Academic and Government customers and other LATAM markets.
