Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Latin America) to guide hotel clients through end-to-end accounting configuration, tax setup, and ERP integrations. You will ensure accurate setup, tax compliance, and smooth onboarding across LATAM properties.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, deep hospitality accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience with PMS/ERP integrations. Remote, international scope with strong customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting within hospitality.
• Experience configuring or supporting integrations between hotel PMS and accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, M3, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of at least one LATAM country’s fiscal/e-invoicing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide LATAM hotel clients through full accounting onboarding: COA mapping, tax configuration, revenue recognition, reconciliation workflows, and e-invoicing compliance.
• Translate customers’ business processes into a properly configured Cloudbeds environment.
• Support integrations between Cloudbeds and third-party accounting platforms and ERPs (QuickBooks, NetSuite, M3, NetSuite, and regional systems).
• Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies, integration sync issues, and configuration questions.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on LATAM hospitality accounting practices and fiscal compliance.
• Contribute to onboarding documentation and best-practice resources for LATAM workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and help shape the roadmap.
